Maybe this is our time to look at challenges both personal and global through new eyes-the eyes of compassion and understanding -opening space for possibilities, rather than closing down and succumbing to the shame and blame we complain about . If we want to shift the paradigm, we must change ourselves. It is the only thing we can control.
