busy-ness, grief and anxiety.

In this upcoming online program, you will experience Eden Energy Medicine, Yoga Nidra, and Mindful Energy Yoga in a unique combination which I have found to be particularly effective at balancing & calming the nervous system.

  • A sense of balance in the nervous system, which allows a more restorative, healing state (Rest and Digest rather than Fight/Flight/Freeze, the root of chronic stress & survival mode)

Mindful Energy Yoga incorporates Eden Energy Medicine into the practice of gentle, Mindful Yoga, a powerful combination which may help you to:

  • Restore your energy balance so that you experience more flexibility, both in your physical body and in your mind

  • Release & remove energy blocks that may have prohibited you from moving your body freely before

  • Decrease pain - When we combine energy medicine with yoga, it allows a freeing up of stuck energy, which allows you to move through poses with greater ease and comfort. (Even for people who have found yoga to be uncomfortable or inaccessible before, adding the energy medicine could allow movement to occur with much more ease.)

    I’ve been teaching these practices at several local Cancer Centers to Cancer Survivors.

    Without any explanation from me, I started adding energy practices to yoga and my students all noticed a benefit. Some say they are more energized, calmer, even more flexible!

These videos are pre-recorded.

Each session will include the entire class ( 60-120 minutes long) as well as a shorter video of the practices of the day so that the essential practices are easier to access and learn.

Here’s how it goes:

Class 1:

Introduction to the Daily Energy Routine

I know many of you have seen/know this, but here is another intro to the Daily Energy Routine, with more explanations and demonstrations about each of the exercises.

This session is designed to soothe and “take the static out” of your energy body, enabling you to create more resilience in the nervous system, and thus create greater well-being and ease.

Class 2:

Working with Triple Warmer

An important class for managing the stresses of today, befriending Triple Warmer, who only wishes to keep us safe!

This, I believe is ESSENTIAL in creating a more resilient energy body in this busy and electromagnetically charged world in which we currently live

Learn how to quickly settle the ever present “ Fight or Flight” response by calming triple warmer, the meridian responsible for the stress response.

I’ll add what I find to be overlaps with western neuroscience to make this class practical and immediately accessible to you for use in the heat of the moment!

  • Includes a 8 minute excerpt of Triple Warmer and Spleen Balancing practices

Class 3:

Reclaim Joy: Working with the Radiant Circuits,

Learn how to activate your own innate joy, the essence of childlike wonder and awe.

This is essential as we do our best to live in this often provocative and triggering world, full of fear and worry.

Joy is not “OUT THERE”-it’s already IN YOU!

These simple (and seemingly silly) exercises can help you access the joy you are missing-AND have the added benefit of befriending and calming triple warmer, allowing us to move out of the stress response-Win-Win!!

Class 4:

Intention and Yoga Nidra

FIrst we will work on creating a meaningful Sankalpa/resolution for yoga nidra, identifying and releasing or reframing limiting beliefs;

then we’ll practice a full length (brand new) yoga nidra together

  • This class includes a 24 minute practice that includes the DER, Triple warmer/spleen AND Radiant circuit practices

Class 5:

Mindful Energy Yoga

In this session, we will weave what we have learned so far in Eden Energy Medicine-Daily Energy Routine, Triple Warmer/Spleen work and Radiant Circuits, with gentle hatha yoga for even more energetic balance
